Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier system.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, delivery times vary depending on destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are separate from your order total. You'll be responsible for any such fees when your package arrives
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.
RegalNord is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is:
